Tax Estimate

Scroll down to see tax bill estimate.  If the year 2007 Tax Rate displays a zero then the 2007 Tax Estimate (payable in 2007) is calculated using the 2006 Tax Rate.  This is a tax estimate because only the General Homestead (GH) and General Homestead with Regular Senior (GS) exemptions are considered in this calculation. 

You may be receiving additional exemptions such as the Senior Freeze or a Home Improvement. 

This estimate is for taxes payable in 2008 based on 2007 Equalized Assessed Value (EAV) and in the 2007 Tax Rate if applicable. 

The 2007 Tax Rate will not be available until May 2008.
